27 Jan You don’t have to do it all on your own
Warwick University Business School is an excellent place for our regular Club Connect workshops.
Club Connect workshops are proven to be safe and confidential environments where practice owners and managers learn, think and discover insights together, continually evolving as better leaders and managers.
Last week, thirty or so members joined us and met with Berni Wilkinson for the first time, who now heads up our mentoring services for practice managers. She had some direct, hands-on experience to share, with everyone taking plenty of notes on recruitment and retention.
There were small breakout groups that explored how to evolve from dental doers to dental business thinkers, all wrapped up neatly into action plans with clarity, purpose, and continued results.
Everyone enjoyed hearing from Dhru Shah. An advanced ‘private screening’ of what’s to come in June this year at ‘The Human Edge’ event in London.
For our newest members attending for the first time, a noticeable sense of relief that, as a practice owner, you don’t have to do it all on your own, and that you may have been previously looking for help in the wrong places.
We meet again in May, and in the meantime, our members benefit from one-to-one leadership and business development coaching, as well as discounted access to all of our dental team training workshops.
There are two places available to begin in April.
If you need the depth of experience and the width of perspective that Club Connect provides to lead and grow your dental practice, we’d love to hear from you.
