The marketing of dental healthcare is broken. We’ve swapped serving in order to take and once we start referring to patients as “leads to convert”, we’ve moved in the wrong direction. We are heading towards a crash that will force the profession to be more open and accountable. 

The best leaders in dental healthcare are already prepared for this and they are steering their businesses away from it. 

Tomorrow’s successful dental healthcare businesses won’t move forward just because they have the latest technology, they will move forward because they have the least inertia and the greatest insights into what consumers demand for their money. 

The next big changes in dental healthcare will need to primarily benefit patient health and team well-being, before they line the pockets of those who are paid to serve.
