What is Reboot?

Reboot is designed to grow your dental practice by working with you as a practice owner and your team. Like our Club Connect service, it will develop you as a leader and it also includes four one day training workshops at your practice, that are designed to improve results and see your dental practice grow.

 

Reboot solves the problem that, there are some questions that you need to answer as a dental business leader, that you can’t do a Google search for, or find the answers in somebody else’s ‘top ten tips’. Some questions require a width of perspective and a depth of experience that you have to look outside for. Without those perspectives, as a leader you risk your thinking being too narrow and too shortsighted.

 

Reboot membership is £925 including VAT and we will provide you with;

 

  • Four one day training workshops at your practice with Quality Assured CPD courtesy of Dentinal Tubules.
  • Three face to face leadership development Club Connect workshops each year and a monthly video call with your Club Connect and Rose & Co. Reboot colleagues.
  • A scheduled and structured monthly video call (morning or afternoon) where we will work through your own 12 month leadership and business development programme*
  • Ad-hoc support and advice.
  • Access to financial and business planning tools.

 

*The Club Connect workshop replaces your video call in the month it is hosted.

Kevin had approximately 19.25 happy years of leading, financing and developing small businesses before he got bored for around 7 months and 12 days, threw away his ties and decided to ‘do something’ about dentistry when he noticed that his dentist didn’t have a website, seemed to make up his prices and never smiled.

 

Having interviewed hundreds of small business owners and set up businesses from scratch, he has a width of perspective and a depth of experience that he has been sharing in dentistry since 2009.

 

He has been steadily building a loyal group of clients and guiding them away from the painful mistakes that he has seen other regulated professions make.
