During a full day at your practice, Sam will gather a wealth of information by working with you and your team. In collaboration with Kevin Rose, this will receive detailed analysis, identifying knowledge gaps and opportunities to create positive change.
As a result, Sam will respond with a package detailing how to develop the practice through a programme of measures designed to benefit the practice manager, the business owner and the business itself.
Combining all the benefits of our Single Visit, the information gathering and analysis phase is supplemented by a further two sessions. Providing one-to-one support, our enhanced programme is ideal for practices requiring in-depth development or where an inexperienced practice manager needs dedicated support. Together, we’ll target key areas and can incorporate specific requirements where required.
