What is Get Leading?

Get Leading is a one day training workshop with Quality Assured CPD courtesy of Dentinal Tubules. It’s right for you if you want a team that have been trained to think, rather than a team that rely upon being told what to do…by you!


Get Leading solves the problem that sending your team on lots of generic courses can be expensive and inefficient, and that is why there are no scripts or instructions to follow.

  • Let’s start with a good chat upfront, to help us understand you, your leadership message, your frustrations and the outcomes your are looking for.
  • Prepare you to share your leadership voice with your team.
  • A facilitated conversation with your team so that everybody has a voice, understands your leadership voice and what they are meant to do with it.
  • Let’s not forget your patients either and we will have some time out to really think about what they want.
  • Probably a pizza or two before we all get our heads together and really think about fixing the the things that have often turned into chaos. That patient turning up late, the treatment plan that nobody understood at the desk and all of those other frustrations.
  • You know scripting exactly what to do doesn’t work, because you’ve tried that. Instead, we will explore in advance how to think about those potentially chaotic situations, so that everybody is prepared to know what to do when they happen, even when you are not there.
