How changing culture and changing attitudes have evolved how our members recruit. 

Rather than relying upon last-minute advertising to fill vacancies, our Club Connect members have been successfully evolving how they recruit the most talented people to join their teams. 

“This happens when we stop trying to fill gaps as they appear and instead embrace the idea of ‘always recruiting’. For example, this encourages us to look inwards and create a space where people want to come to work. We are really clear about what our team get from us, what we expect from them, the much bigger thing that they feel part of and how we can all develop and grow together.”
