28 MarCoVid-19: Preparing your Dental Practice for the Restart
We’ve been working with our clients, and finding new ways to get them talking to and supporting each other.
Like so many aspects of our lives at the moment, it’s being stripped back to basics and this includes the fundamentals of communicating with our patients in order to keep adding as much value as we can, and in new ways.
We’ve also been thinking that when we begin the restart, what legacies this time will have left. There will be many positive aspects of human behaviour that we will remember and take with us. There will be a new ‘normal’ and I am hopeful that everything could just be a bit better for it.
